Product & Positioning Consulting

Hybrid Outpost provides fractional product management and product marketing services, drawing on more than a decade of enterprise product experience inside major global financial institutions. The specialty is a specific and unglamorous one: finding capabilities an organization undervalues, building the value proposition around them, and driving the adoption that proves it. We’ve led enterprise platform migrations, productized internal service functions with multi-year projected savings, and launched identity and workspace services that reached near-total adoption from day one. We own delivery, not just decks.

Travel Advisory

Hybrid Outpost operates a boutique travel advisory practice, affiliated with Fora Travel, focused on culturally-led itineraries — travel organized around what a place has made, preserved, and argued about, rather than around a checklist. The practice draws on the founder’s earlier career as a professional travel writer for Lonely Planet and Rough Guides, and on deep personal networks in New York, London, Athens, and the Catalan coast. Services range from individual trip design to small-group curated journeys and inbound New York advisory for international visitors.

Independent Media

Hybrid Outpost publishes The Unstreamables, an editorial project covering rare and forgotten music, film, and media — the culture that never made it onto the platforms, and why that matters. We also produce serial fiction and long-form writing under the studio’s umbrella. Across all of it, the same editorial commitments hold: no dark patterns, no engagement traps, no manufactured urgency.

How We Work

We keep the operation deliberately small. Projects are taken on selectively, scoped honestly, and delivered with full ownership. We’d rather do fewer things well than many things partway.
